How to make banana bread pudding

1 cup milk

1 cup heavy cream or light cream

2 eggs the other disappeared down somewhere

Mix away and add 3/4 sugar , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and rum extract if you don't have rum extract then it's ok

Now get your bread crumbs and add all the liquid in the bread crumbs

Mash your bananas and add them to your bread crumbs

Then mix away and it will look like this

Heavily butter your ramekins which will help the banana pudding to come out if your plating

And fill your bread filling in each one I made like 5 but only cooked 3. Leave in fridge for one hour so ingredients soak in. Pre heat oven to 350

In a pan get rum, sugar, and Kyro syrup mix away low temp

Place your ramekins in oven for 45 mins at 350 until golden brown

Place chopped bananas in Pan and glaze away

Like so :) I like mine soft so I cooked a lil more

Now get the ramekins out it will like this , or place a tooth pick to make sure center is cooked. Make sure your wearing hand gloves at all times

With a knife go around the ramekin or you can eat right away

Now flip the ramekin on a plate it will be very hot

It will look like this

Now drizzle the rum and banana all over and serve with Ice cream

One of the last minute dessert I had to come up with and was a success Like/ follow other recipes and ask away any questions :)
