Start with 2 pounds of ground beef.
Add 2 eggs.
Add garlic powder.
Add mustard powder.
Add Italian seasoning.
Put 4 Ryvita crackers in a freezer bag. Leave a small corner if the bag open for air to escape.
Crush partially with your fingers then gently with the rolling pin.
Crush until the cracker crumbs are almost powder.
Add cracker crumbs.
Add chipotle sauce.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Roll meat into balls about 5cm in diameter Place on broiling pan.
Place in the oven for 30-45 minutes at 350'C.
After 30 minutes remove one meat ball, but leave the rest in the oven.
Cut open the meatball and if its brown all the way to the centre it is ready If not, then cook for about another 15-20 minutes and check a different meatball. (This one is ready)
Add the meatballs to your spaghetti sauce.
